All items purchased here will receive the same level of service as those sold through my eBay store.
Unless otherwise noted, your items will be shipped within 1 business day. I ship to most countries from my shipping agent in China. I also keep a small stock of items at hand, of which I can ship to U.S. locations by first class mail package. Delivery time from China to most of the world is about 2 to 3 weeks.
To save shipping cost, and to reduce the likelihood of interception by customs, I do not ship any accessories that come with the items. No cables, power adapters, driver discs, manuals, boxes or warranty cards will be included. Batteries that come with certain routers will be installed and shipped within the router. All routers can be powered by a standard micro USB cable from a computer or a cellphone charger. If you need any accessories, please contact me before purchase.
Postage is calculated automatically during checkout. Combining multiple items will result in substantial shipping discount. Please experiment with the shopping cart. Current rate starts at $5 USD and increases $1 for each additional item purchased.
Return is accepted for DOA items only. Returned items must be received before replacement or refund is sent. Buyer pays return shipping.
Your purchase is protected by Paypal's buyer protection policy. If you encounter a problem with your order that I cannot solve, you can open a case with Paypal and get your money back. You are welcome to share your experience here on my blog, just like you would leave an eBay feedback.
